The Role

The Customer Success Manager (Inside Sales) is the operational backbone of our sales team. Working within our Sales Pod Structure, you’ll partner with two outside sales reps to manage the customer journey from first inquiry through post-installation follow-up.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and follow-through—and enjoys being the person who keeps everything moving.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to new homeowner inquiries quickly and professionally

• Manage customer communication from lead intake to job completion

• Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for two outside sales reps

• Prepare sales files, documentation, and job details

• Follow up with customers after inspections and site visits

• Confirm job selections, timelines, and collect initial deposits

• Ensure clean handoff to production team

• Conduct post-install check-ins and request reviews

• Help improve systems, workflows, and customer experience

• Strong phone, email, and virtual communication skills

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active files

carpentry, and basic aluminum brake work. You’ll play a key role in upholding the high standards
our customers expect while working on residential and light commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Install windows (e.g., double-hung, casement, bay) and doors (e.g., entry, patio, storm).
• Perform interior finish work: casing, baseboards, crown molding around openings.
• Operate aluminum brake equipment to fabricate trim and capping components.
• Execute light carpentry: framing adjustments, wood repairs, prep work.
• Ensure installations meet building codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specs.
• Maintain clean and safe job sites.
• Communicate professionally with clients and team members.

Requirements

• Proven window and door installation experience.

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Level Exterior
Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in
roofing, siding, window, and gutter repairs, with a proven ability to work
independently and deliver top-tier craftsmanship. This role involves inspecting,
diagnosing, and repairing various exterior systems to ensure structural integrity,
weather resistance, and visual appeal.

Key Responsibilities

• Roofing

  • Inspect and repair damaged shingles, metal panels, and underlayment.

  • Identify and resolve leaks and flashing issues.

  • Ensure all roofing structures meet building codes and are fully weather-sealed.

• Siding

  • Replace or repair vinyl, wood, aluminum, and fiber cement siding.

  • Correct underlying structural damage before siding installation.

  • Match siding repairs with existing textures and colors for aesthetic consistency.

• Windows

  • Repair or replace window panes, seals, and frames.

  • Perform weatherproofing via flashing and caulking.

  • Diagnose and eliminate draft or leak issues.

• Gutters

  • Clean, inspect, and repair gutter and downspout systems.

  • Replace broken or worn-out gutter components.

  • Install and repair gutter guards and flashing to ensure effective water management.

• General

  • Conduct thorough assessments and document repair recommendations.

  • Operate tools and equipment with a strict focus on safety and efficiency.

  • Communicate clearly with customers about repair plans, timelines, and costs.

  • Maintain a tidy worksite and adhere to all regulatory and safety standards.

  • Complete warranty work as required.

  • Guide crew members through step-by-step processes and troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in roofing, siding, window, and
  gutter repairs.
• Ability to safely operate on elevated surfaces, including ladders and
  rooftops.
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working in all weather
  conditions.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with exterior construction tools and safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications or formal training in construction, exterior repair, or roofing.
• Experience with materials like asphalt shingles, metal panels, vinyl, and
  wood siding.

mentor junior team members while ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest
standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the construction of custom decks and exterior features from start to finish
• Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and project plans
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety protocols, and company standards
• Operate a variety of power and hand tools
• Mentor and supervise apprentices or junior carpenters
