The Role

The Customer Success Manager (Inside Sales) is the operational backbone of our sales team. Working within our Sales Pod Structure, you’ll partner with two outside sales reps to manage the customer journey from first inquiry through post-installation follow-up.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and follow-through—and enjoys being the person who keeps everything moving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to new homeowner inquiries quickly and professionally

  • Manage customer communication from lead intake to job completion

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for two outside sales reps

  • Prepare sales files, documentation, and job details

  • Follow up with customers after inspections and site visits

  • Confirm job selections, timelines, and collect initial deposits

  • Ensure clean handoff to production team

  • Conduct post-install check-ins and request reviews

  • Help improve systems, workflows, and customer experience

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong phone, email, and virtual communication skills

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active files

  • Comfortable with CRMs, scheduling tools, and digital workflows

Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Level Exterior
Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in
roofing, siding, window, and gutter repairs, with a proven ability to work
independently and deliver top-tier craftsmanship. This role involves inspecting,
diagnosing, and repairing various exterior systems to ensure structural integrity,
weather resistance, and visual appeal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Roofing

    • Inspect and repair damaged shingles, metal panels, and underlayment.

    • Identify and resolve leaks and flashing issues.

    • Ensure all roofing structures meet building codes and are fully weather-sealed.

  • Siding

    • Replace or repair vinyl, wood, aluminum, and fiber cement siding.

    • Correct underlying structural damage before siding installation.

    • Match siding repairs with existing textures and colors for aesthetic consistency.

  • Windows

    • Repair or replace window panes, seals, and frames.

    • Perform weatherproofing via flashing and caulking.

    • Diagnose and eliminate draft or leak issues.

  • Gutters

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Deck Builder / Carpenter to take a lead role in
constructing high-quality decks and outdoor structures. This is a hands-on position that requires
advanced carpentry skills, leadership ability, and a strong eye for detail. You’ll manage and
mentor junior team members while ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest
standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the construction of custom decks and exterior features from start to finish
  • Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and project plans
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety protocols, and company standards
