The Role

As an Outside Sales Project Consultant, you’ll help homeowners make confident decisions about protecting and improving their homes. You’ll meet with qualified leads, inspect exterior projects, provide expert recommendations, and guide customers through the entire sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners for scheduled consultations
• Perform roof and exterior inspections
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Prepare and present estimates and project proposals
• Educate homeowners on products, warranties, financing, and installation process
• Follow up with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Coordinate with the Customer Success and Production teams for smooth project handoffs
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales documentation

You’ll oversee installations, mentor crew members, communicate with homeowners, and ensure projects are completed correctly the first time.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead window installation projects from start to finish
• Install a variety of window styles, including double-hung, casement, picture, bay, and specialty windows
• Oversee and mentor installation crew members
• Perform interior finish work including casing, trim, and final detailing
• Operate aluminum brake equipment to fabricate custom trim and capping
• Complete light carpentry including framing adjustments, repairs, and job site preparation
• Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications, building codes, and company quality standards
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the project
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Production to keep projects on schedule

Requirements

• Proven experience installing residential replacement windows
• Previous crew lead or leadership experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of finish carpentry and aluminum brake operation
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently while leading a team
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds, climb ladders, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong understanding of construction methods, measurements, and installation best practices

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years of residential window installation experience
• Previous experience leading installation crews

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Level Exterior
Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in
roofing, siding, window, and gutter repairs, with a proven ability to work
independently and deliver top-tier craftsmanship. This role involves inspecting,
diagnosing, and repairing various exterior systems to ensure structural integrity,
weather resistance, and visual appeal.

Key Responsibilities

• Roofing

  • Inspect and repair damaged shingles, metal panels, and underlayment.

  • Identify and resolve leaks and flashing issues.

  • Ensure all roofing structures meet building codes and are fully weather-sealed.

• Siding

  • Replace or repair vinyl, wood, aluminum, and fiber cement siding.

  • Correct underlying structural damage before siding installation.

  • Match siding repairs with existing textures and colors for aesthetic consistency.

• Windows

  • Repair or replace window panes, seals, and frames.

  • Perform weatherproofing via flashing and caulking.
